In view of the fact that during the pendency of this writ petition an order dated 5.1.2015 has been passed by the licensing authority by which application for grant of license for N.P. Bore riffle has been rejected and since the petitioner wants to challenge it by preferring statutory appeal, this writ petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner. It is clarified that if an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today along with a petition for condoning the delay, then the same should be considered in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.12787 of 2013 (3) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 law also considering the period during which this writ application has remained pending even after passing of the aforesaid order.
