The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed for quashing the Memo No.426 dated 24.04.2014 and allowing the consequential benefit whereby and whereunder the pay and allowance of the petitioner for the suspension period stand withheld adjusting the subsistence allowance paid in the meanwhile."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17188 of 2014(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievance, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
