Petitioner is accused in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that 5 persons were apprehended by the Police, who were found in possession of arms and they have disclosed the name of this petitioner. Expect the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2015. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27821 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
