Petitioners are an accused in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 617 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 is the husband and petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 23.12.2019.

No.17398 of 2020(2) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that there is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner no. 2, Gulabi Devi, who is the mother-inlaw of the deceased, let the petitioner no. 2 be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sharghati (Gaya) in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 617 of 2019.
So far as petitioner no. 1, Ajay Manjhi, is concerned, there is specific allegation against him. I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner no. 1. It is accordingly, rejected.
