Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, in the confessional statement of one of the F.I.R named accused Gautam Kumar, against whom there is allegation of making firing, the name of the petitioner came in this case and it appears that except the confessional statement of the aforesaid co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the aforesaid co-accused Gautam Kumar @ Gautam Kumar Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30123 of 2016 (2) dt.04-08-2016 2/2 Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 327 of 2015.
