The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 456/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of any firearm from conscious possession of this petitioner. In the written report, it is alleged that firearm has been recovered from beneath the driving seat of i-20 car. Two persons managed to run away. The petitioner was sitting on driving seat. He is said to be driver of the aforesaid vehicle. He has no concern with the aforesaid firearm.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.55844 of 2018 (2) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.
