Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 1026 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) Bihar Wine Excise Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion and surmise petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor in question.
