2. The petitioner apprehend her arrest in connection with Nawalpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. According to allegation, the marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the petitioner seven years prior to lodging of the F.I.R. The accused persons were inflicting atrocities on the deceased for the non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry. The husband Santosh Yadav fraudulently got the sale deed registered in his favour by his wife. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Investigating Authority didn't find a case u/s 103 of the B.N.S. The charge-sheet has been submitted u/s 108 of B.N.S. for abatement of commission of suicide. He further submits that the F.I.R. itself shows that the co-accused Santosh Kumar Yadav who is husband of the deceased procured sale deed in his favour by his wife, due to which, she was in mental pressure and consequently, she committed suicide. Further submission of learned counsel is that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased having no concern from day to day affair, of the couples. He also submitted that it was the petitioner who shifted the victim to the hospital where she was treated and in course of treatment, she died. The husband is under custody.
5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Charge-sheet has been submitted u/s 108 of the B.N.S. and admittedly some dispute was their between the husband and the wife for execution of the sale deed.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the

No.19386 of 2025(4) dt.10-11-2025 3/3 petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Bettiah in connection with Nawalpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
