The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 199/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 353 and 166 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is Block Resource Person. The informant made many false allegations against the petitioner about ill-treatment, indiscipline behaviour, non-submission of charge and withdrawal of Rs. 19,200/-.

It is submitted that prior to filing of this case, the petitioner filed a Complaint Case against the Block Education Officer. The petitioner did not withdraw any amount. From

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34332 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 perusal of Annexure- 4 series, it would appear that the amount Rs. 19,200/- has already been deposited in the account. On account of some petty dispute the case has been filed.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 199/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
