The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 327, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner has been implicated in the case due to land dispute. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that matter of land dispute had gone up to Supreme Court and order has been passed in favour of the petitioner. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he tried to kidnap the

Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
