2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2016 in connection with C.B. Case No. 51 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 47A and 53A of the Excise Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated at the instance of his neighbour who had earlier instituted Alamganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 against the petitioner. The petitioner denies having committed any offence as alleged and except the aforesaid case, he claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with C.B. Case No. 51 of 2016.
