JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jadia P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that this petitioner along with Niranjan Kumar Yadav came in the shop of informant and demanded Rs.5,000/- per month as Rangdari and gave threat of dire consequences if his demand is not fulfilled. On 22.03.2018 both accused persons came in the shop of informant and again demanded Rangdari. They assaulted the informant and his son and took Rs.1,000/- from Galla (cash box). Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in the instant case due to village politics.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56715 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has criminal antecedent but he is on bail in all the cases. Petitioner is in custody in the instant case since 31.3.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Supaul, in connection with Jadia P.S.
