JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Both the cases, i.e., Criminal Miscellaneous No. 23571 of 2019 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33996 of 2019 arising out of the same police station, as such both are taken up together for disposal of the same.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 307, 120B, 34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23571 of 2019(5) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 Allegation as per Fard-beyan is that while the informant was coming by car, some miscreants intercepted her car and fired on her, causing injury to her. The informant suspects the hands of the petitioners.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is except suspicion there is absolutely nothing against the petitioners during the entire investigation and they are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, these applications are allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Judge-XV-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
