That this application under writ jurisdiction of Hon'ble Court is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ, order and / or direction to quash the order dated 7.8.2014, passed by the Respondent Regional Development Officer, Purnea Division in Misc. Appeal No. 63 of 2013 dismissing the appeal preferred against the order dated 29.02.2012 passed by the learned respondent District Programme Officer in Case No. 43 of 2012-13 whereby and whereunder petitioner has been dismissed from the post of Anganbari Sevika on the ground of failure on her

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
