The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 307, 353, 435, 427 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. It is alleged that the petitioner being a member of the mob attacked the police personnel, pelted stones causing injury and put the vehicle on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is against the mob and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, similarly situated co-

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 37 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
