Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 233 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that vehicle of the petitioner met with an accident and from the said vehicle 4.814 kg. of gold was recovered.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is only driver and he has nothing to do with the seized gold and he is in custody since 22.6.2018, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60460 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 233 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
