JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to grant licence or authorization to the fair price shop for the distribution of essential commodities under the Public Distribution System without further delay as the application for grant of licence is pending before the licencing authority since last two years.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. Learned counsel for the State adverts to para 4 of the counter affidavit to submit that the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed as in the meeting of the District Selection

Patna High Court CWJC No.17492 of 2014 dt.27-07-2018 Committee on 10.01.2015 it was decided that the petitioner be given the licence of a fair price shop on compassionate ground in place of her deceased husband.
