The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 12.05.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 354 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Basic accusation is of torture and making an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of outraging the modesty is not against the petitioner. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
