After disposal of Civil Appeal No. 62-65 of 1999 by the Supreme Court on 20th of November, 2003 in case any dispute still survives and cause exists to the petitioners, the petitioners are granted liberty to file an appropriate application in the light of the order passed by the Supreme Court in the Civil Appeal.

With the aforesaid liberty, finding no case made out
