JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay arrears on account of enhanced salary due to grant of increments and other allowances as also other admissible benefits including benefits of Assured Career Progression with effect from the year 1999 & 2009 to the petitioner, who is stated to have retired as Forest Range Officer while working at Kaimur Forest Division, Bhabua on 31.08.2011,

Patna High Court CWJC No.22877 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 however, the learned counsel for the respondentState has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case to submit that most of the outstanding dues payable to the petitioner, both on the head of the salary and retiral dues have already been paid, however, the rest amount, if not already paid, would also be paid within a period of six weeks from today.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for payment of the outstanding admitted dues. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
