JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, but later on converted under Section 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner and informant are employees in the Daxin Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that money has already been recovered from the house of the petitioner which would be apparent from the seizure list.

Petitioner is rotting in jail since 01.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53973 of 2018 (2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
