The State is represented by Mr. Nirmal Kumar Sinha, learned APP for the State.

The petitioners, who are uncle and aunt of the husband of the deceased, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 467 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though they have been named in the FIR but the accusation against them is absolutely general and omnibus. It has been stated that the petitioners live in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29871 of 2021(2) dt.17-01-2022 2/2 separate household and have got no connection with the affairs of the family of the deceased and her husband. On the date of occurrence i.e. 28.10.2020, the petitioner no. 1 is said to be present on duty in the office of Sr. Section Engineer, Eastern Railway, Hajipur. Apart from this, it has been submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 8th, District Vaishali in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 467 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
