Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 678 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Only a mobile with sim is alleged to have been recovered from him. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.07.2018.
