The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 1377 of 2019 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 10 liters of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 07.02.2019.
