2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, kidnapped and sold the daughter of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the F.I.R. and has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application and submits that during investigation, the victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has

6. Considering the statement of the victim, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
