2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 15.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88569 of 2025.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed and the Office is directed to make necessary corrections in the header portion of the case and the time granted to the petitioner for surrender and for furnishing his bail bonds is extended by two weeks from today.
