Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(n), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8, 12 of The Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. It is alleged that son of the petitioner ravished the informant on promise to marry but subsequently refused to marry.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been roped in the present case and thrust of accusation is against the son of the petitioner.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that thrust of accusation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36205 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 is against the son of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge(POCSO Act), Darbhanga in connection with Mannigachhi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015, G.R. No. 9 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
