Some parts and wires of computer and silver ornaments etc. were recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 03.02.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.Case No. 29 of 2016.
