JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 The trial court has prayed for extension of one year time for disposal of Sessions Trial No. 1165 of 2006. It would appear that this court vide order dated 05.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24659 of 2017 had directed the trial court to conclude the trial within nine months and the report of learned trial court goes to show that up till now, only three prosecution witnesses could be examined. However, the trial court is granted six months' more time for disposal of above stated Sessions Trial No. 1165 of 2006.
However, it is made clear that grant of further time to trial court does not affect the right of petitioner to renew his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24659 of 2017 (3) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 prayer for bail in the light of observation made by this court in order dated 05.07.2017.
