Petitioner seeks bail in Chakai P.S. Case No.74 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 414, 120(B), 121, 121(A) Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the UPA Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 20.02.2018. He has not been apprehended at the spot. His name has been disclosed by co-accused Sanjay Marandi @ Matilal Marandi, who was arrested by the police at the spot and looted fire arms were recovered from his possession as mentioned in the written

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61383 of 2018 (2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 report. There is no recovery of any firearm from the possession of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3rd, Jamui, in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.74 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
