1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(1) For direction to the respondents authority to recover all the death cum benefits amount from the respondent No.4, which has been received by him in the year 1981 itself on account of death of his father late Anuplal Mishra, with permissible compound Bank interest and pay the said amount to the petitioner.
(II) For direction the respondents authority to inquire about the service of the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.5333 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 No.4, whether he has been appointed after proper verification on the basis of his affidavit."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available, under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
