2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 573 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application, petitioners have filed a quashing application, bearing Cr. Misc. No. 56754 of 2024, for quashing the F.I.R., and vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21614 of 2024(7) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 23.09.2024, the further proceedings of this case has been stayed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

4. In view of the aforesaid, permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if any adverse order is passed against the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 56754 of 2024, they would be at liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
