Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he has been remanded in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by him in Laheri P.S.Case No.61 of 2016. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.05.2016 but up till now, he has not been put on T.I.P. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, except the present case as well as Laheri P.S.Case No.61 of 2016, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
