Petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No.141 of 2008 (G.R. Case No.543 of 2008) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323, 341, 379 and 504/34 Indian Penal Code.

From the impugned order, it appears that petitioner was declared absconder on 02.06.2017. Thereafter, the petitioner voluntarily surrendered before the Court below on 20.06.2018 and since then he is in custody.

This Court finds that petitioner has been sufficiently punished for the latches committed by him.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56870 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.141 of 2008 (G.R. Case No.543 of 2008), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will remain physically present on each and every date(s) during trial and his absence on two consecutive date(s) without any reasonable cause will make his bail bond liable to be cancelled.
