This application is filed for modification of the order dated 18.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24912 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner no. 1 is Santosh Yadav however his name is mentioned in the Adhar Card as Krishankant. He prays that petitioner's name be corrected as Santosh Yadav @ Krishankant in place of Santosh Yadav.

No.19247 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 Considering the grounds stated in the application and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, prayer for modification is allowed. Let the name of petitioner no. 1 be read as Santosh Yadav @ Krishankant and the time granted for surrender be also extended by four weeks from today. The order dated 18.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24912 of 2021 stands modified to the above extent. The application stands disposed of.
