The petitioner was apprehended while transporting 44 cartoon of wine over his Innova car and for that he is under custody since 13.2.2020 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Chandan Sonkar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise Act), Kaimur at Bhabua in Excise Case No. 149/2020 arising out of Mohania P.S.Case No. 43/2020.

However, learned lower court is directed to examine

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19199 of 2020(2) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 soundness and genuineness of the bailors in view of petitioner being resident of another State in order to secure his attendance till conclusion of the trial.
