2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 0.12 grams smack was recovered from possession of Kistu Yadav who disclosed that the smack in question was purchased from this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co-accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that

No.24801 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Judge, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P. S. Case No. 137 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
