The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that under Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded 18 years, the Court also assessed her aged 18 years. She has also stated that she of her own married with the co-accused Balbir Kumar Ram.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35291 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
