JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018, dated 06.12.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. An occurrence of assault took place in the wheat field, as a result of which, some of the persons from the side of the prosecution were injured.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence also and the people from the side of the accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17837 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 have also received injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
