2. The petitioner, who claims to be a Block Teacher, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as Block Teacher at Uttrakramit Middle School, Sinhorwa, Raxaul and also to pay the salary to the petitioner from January, 2022 onwards.

3. The petitioner, by filing I.A. No. 1 of 2024 in C.W.J.C. No. 5474 of 2024, has also challenged the order dated 16.05.2023 contained in Memo No. 623 issued by the respondent No. 5/ Secretary Prakhand Shikshak Niyojan Ekai-cum-Block Development Officer, Ruxaul, whereby, the petitioner's service as Block Teacher has been terminated.

4. Having regard to the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020

Patna High Court CWJC No.5474 of 2023 dt.02-09-2024 2/2 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors. along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

5. The decisions rendered in L.P.A. No. 501 of 2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 4601 of 2018, relied on by the learned counsel for the petitioner, having been rendered prior to coming into force of Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020, the same are not applicable in the facts of the present case.
