The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506, 385 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of demanding ransom and also of firing in air at the brick kiln of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. No one has sustained any type of injury. No offence u/S 307 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23316 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 Penal Code is made out.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017.
