2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 504, 506, 385 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act which was earlier rejected by order dated 12.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 24553 of 2014.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
4. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular
