2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 6, the District Programme Officer (Estt), District- Sitamarhi for redressal of his grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same after affording

Patna High Court CWJC No.4683 of 2024(7) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law considering the judgment passed in L.P.A. No. 1472 of 2018, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
