Heard both sides.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 260 and 420/34 I.P.C.

The gist of the allegation is that Shesh Nath, an Advocate Clerk was selling forged and fabricated court stamp papers on the same table on which the petitioner Kanchan Kumari, Oath Commissioner, was also sitting. Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel, has submitted that the petitioner is a lady and an Advocate. There is no allegation against her that she was selling forged and fabricated Court stamps. One Shesh Nath Prasad, who is in custody, was selling the fake court stamps. Considering the facts and nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the Court below shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to its satisfaction, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
