Case No. 159 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Being dissatisfied with the manner of investigation, a prayer has been made in the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the aforesaid police case has been investigated in a proper and impartial manner. The senior police officers have supervised the case. The supervising officer has found the case to be a mistake of fact and, accordingly, a direction has been issued to submit final report in the case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
