The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons surrounded the informant when co accused Ram Raj Kumar assaulted on the head of the informant. When the informant fell down, all the accused persons assaulted him causing fracture injury. On alarm being raised, Nitiyanand

No.37459 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/3 Yadav, his wife and Bhupendra Yadav came to rescue then they were also assaulted by Bimlesh Kumar (petitioner no. 4), Subansh Singh (petitioner no. 1), Madan Yadav (petitioner no. 3), co accused Mantu Kumar, Ravindra Singh, Uday Kumar alias Indrajeet Kumar and made indiscriminate firing. It is further alleged that co accused Manish Kumar snatched jewellery from the brother's wife of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that all the injuries have been found to be simple except one injury on hand though the same has been alleged to have been caused by assault made by all the accused persons. There is counter version of the occurrence and the petitioners have also received injury. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.24 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under
