The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner conspired and got grand daughter of the informant killed.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is only alleged to be conspirator, that too on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner is none else but own nephew of deceased. As a matter of fact, petitioner is doing private job at Hardwar and allegation made against petitioner is false and fabricated due to dirty village politics. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20664 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 509 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
