JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 19.07.2011 passed by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Madhubani, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law within the statutory period.
