JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-05-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- (I) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as 'DRT'), Patna for early disposal of S.A. No. 126/2020 which is lying pending since 2020 as the present petitioner declared as successful bidder and after full & final payment, the Sale Confirmation Certificate was given to applicant and Possession letter was given with regard to the entire movable assets of Respondent No.2 and the petitioner, after taking possession, has appointed 7 workmen at the site to start the work and the applicant is paying them salary of Rs.126000/- per month and the amount, deposited against the consideration value of assets Rs. 5.55 crore, is also lying as dead investment of the petitioner;

(II) For issuance of appropriate

(III) For issuance of other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the fact and circumstances of this case;

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that, in view of the intervening developments the petition has become infructuous and prays that the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.

Prayer allowed.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
