2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs that the petitioners are seeking for consideration of their cases in light of the judgment/order dated 21.01.2021 passed in CWJC No. 8319 of 2020 and for the same, they want to avail remedy in accordance with Section 4 C (1) of the Bihar Litigation Policy, 2011.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners to avail remedy under the provision of Bihar Litigation Policy, 2011, for considering the cases of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law.
